EXNESS — ENTITY AND ACCOUNT VERIFICATION CHECKLIST FOR EA TRADERS Checked against exness.com/regulation on 30 October 2026. Re-verify before funding. 1. WHICH ENTITY ARE YOU SIGNING WITH? [ ] Find the entity name in your client agreement and Members Area before depositing. [ ] Know what each licence covers: - Exness (SC) Ltd, Seychelles — FSA licence SD025 (non-EEA jurisdictions) - Exness (VG) Ltd, BVI — investment business licence SIBA/L/20/1133 - Exness B.V., Curacao — CBCS licence 0003LSI - Forexite Ltd, Belize — FSC licence 9110312 - Exness ZA (PTY) Ltd — FSCA FSP 51024 - Exness (KE) Ltd — CMA Kenya licence 162 - Exness Limited Jordan — JSC [ ] Do NOT rely on the FCA or CySEC badges for a retail account. Exness (UK) Ltd (FCA 730729) and Exness (Cy) Ltd (CySEC 178/12) state that they do not offer trading services to retail clients. 2. CHECK THE LICENCE ON THE REGULATOR'S OWN REGISTER [ ] FCA Financial Services Register — search 730729. [ ] CySEC register — search 178/12. [ ] FSA Seychelles business search — Exness (SC) Ltd. [ ] BVI FSC regulated entities — Exness (VG) Ltd. [ ] FSCA / CMA Kenya / JSC — search the number on the official list. [ ] Screenshot the register entry with the date. Registers change. 3. ACCOUNT AND TERMS [ ] Confirm the account type, minimum deposit and leverage cap for your country and currency inside the Members Area — Exness gates much of its pricing behind sign-in. [ ] Read the client agreement's automation clauses: hedging, scalping, latency-based strategies, minimum holding time. [ ] Check the swap or financing line for the instruments your EA holds overnight. [ ] Read the server time in the terminal and convert your EA's session and news filters. 4. EXECUTION TEST BEFORE SCALING [ ] One month on a demo of the same account type, logging requested vs filled price and the spread at entry and exit. [ ] Then a small live account: same measurement, at the hours your system trades. [ ] Compare the demo and live distributions. If they differ, find out why before scaling. [ ] Make a small test withdrawal and time how long it takes to arrive. 5. ONGOING [ ] Keep on the account the working balance the strategy needs, not a large deposit: the retail entity is offshore and there is no statutory compensation scheme. [ ] Re-check the entity and terms quarterly. [ ] Keep your own trade log; broker statements are evidence, not a strategy record. Risk warning: trading forex and CFDs carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of all of your capital. Nothing in this checklist is financial advice.
