ROBOFOREX — VERIFICATION CHECKLIST FOR EA TRADERS Checked against roboforex.com on 30 October 2026. Re-verify before funding; terms change. BEFORE YOU REGISTER [ ] Confirm which entity your account will be under. RoboForex Ltd is registered with the Financial Services Commission of Belize, Securities Industry Act 2021, licence 9759600. [ ] Look up that number yourself on the FSC register (belizefsc.org.bz) or the LicenSys public search. Do not take the broker's own page as the only source. [ ] Understand what the licence does and does not give you: Belize is not a Tier-1 regulator and there is no statutory compensation scheme. Protection here is the Financial Commission's Compensation Fund (up to EUR 20,000 per case) plus the broker's civil liability cover (EUR 2.5m), not a government guarantee. [ ] Read the client agreement for the clauses that matter to an EA: hedging permitted, scalping and latency-arbitrage wording, minimum holding time if any, and what counts as a prohibited trading strategy. ACCOUNT SET-UP [ ] Choose the account type deliberately. ProCent and Pro are advertised up to 1:2000 leverage with spreads from 1.3 points; Prime is up to 1:300 and ECN up to 1:500 with spreads from 0. The broker itself describes ProCent as the cent account for testing strategies, EAs and algo trading. [ ] Check the minimum deposit for your country and currency in the Members Area. Do not size a strategy from the minimum — size it from the stop distance and lot step. [ ] Note the server time: EET (UTC+2 winter, UTC+3 summer). Check that your EA's time filters and session logic assume that, not your local clock. [ ] Confirm whether swap-free applies to the instruments your EA holds overnight, and read the swap-free terms — the exemption often has its own conditions. EXECUTION AND COSTS [ ] Record the spread your EA actually pays at the hours it trades, not the "from" figure on the marketing page. [ ] Check commission per lot on the account type you chose (Pro and ProCent advertise 0% commission; Prime and ECN price differently). [ ] Read the swap or financing line in the terminal for the pairs you hold. [ ] Run the same EA on a demo of the same account type for at least a month and log every fill, then compare with a second broker before committing capital. MONEY IN AND OUT [ ] Check the deposit and withdrawal methods available in your jurisdiction. [ ] Understand the free-withdrawal allowance: the broker advertises 0% fees and three free withdrawals per month, with most withdrawals processed within a minute. [ ] Make a small test withdrawal before scaling the account. ONGOING [ ] Keep your own trade log; a broker statement is evidence, not a strategy record. [ ] Re-check the terms page quarterly. [ ] If you run automation unattended, use a monitored VPS rather than a home PC. Risk warning: trading forex and CFDs carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of all of your capital. Nothing in this checklist is financial advice.
